For UAE residents: Valid UAE driving license, Emirates ID, and passport. For tourists: Valid international driving license or driving license from your home country (from certain countries), passport, and visit visa. Minimum age requirement is 21 years.

Our rental prices include basic insurance coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, and standard mileage allowance. Additional coverage options like CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and unlimited mileage are available at extra cost. Fuel is not included – you return the car with the same fuel level.

Yes, you can drive anywhere within the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) at no extra charge. For travel to Oman, you need to inform us in advance and purchase additional cross-border insurance. Travel to other GCC countries may have restrictions depending on the vehicle type.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable. For long-term rentals (monthly), different terms may apply – please check your rental agreement.

Yes! We offer free delivery and pickup within Dubai city limits. For locations outside Dubai or airport delivery, a nominal fee applies. We can deliver to your hotel, residence, or office at your convenience. Airport pickup/drop-off services are also available.

Any traffic fines or Salik (toll) charges incurred during your rental period are your responsibility. We will notify you of any fines and forward them to you with an administrative fee. Please ensure you follow all UAE traffic rules to avoid fines. We recommend downloading the Dubai Police or RTA apps to check for fines.

All our rentals include basic third-party insurance as per UAE law. We offer optional CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) that reduces your liability in case of accident. Full comprehensive insurance with zero excess is available for premium vehicles. Personal accident insurance can also be added for extra protection.

Yes, you can extend your rental period subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time. Extension rates depend on the new rental duration – longer rentals get better daily rates. We recommend informing us early to ensure vehicle availability.

Absolutely! We offer highly competitive monthly rental rates with significant discounts compared to daily rates. Long-term rentals (3+ months) get even better pricing. Monthly rentals include standard maintenance and 24/7 support. Contact us for customized corporate packages and fleet solutions.

In case of accident, ensure everyone is safe, call police (999), take photos, get a police report, and then contact us. Do not leave the scene until police arrive.
