1. Agreement<\/h3>\n

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your rental of vehicles from EuroDrive UAE, a car rental company operating in the United Arab Emirates. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Eligibility Requirements<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Minimum age: 21 years (25 years for luxury\/sports vehicles)<\/li>\n
  • Valid UAE driving license or International Driving Permit<\/li>\n
  • Valid Emirates ID or passport<\/li>\n
  • Credit card in the renter’s name for security deposit<\/li>\n
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in past 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    3. Rental Period and Extensions<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Minimum rental period: 24 hours<\/li>\n
    • Late return grace period: 1 hour<\/li>\n
    • Extensions subject to vehicle availability and additional charges<\/li>\n
    • Unauthorized extensions may result in vehicle recovery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      4. Vehicle Use Restrictions<\/h3>\n

      Prohibited Uses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Racing, rallying, or any competitive driving<\/li>\n
      • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs<\/li>\n
      • Using vehicle for commercial transportation without authorization<\/li>\n
      • Transporting illegal substances or contraband<\/li>\n
      • Off-road driving unless specifically authorized<\/li>\n
      • Smoking in the vehicle<\/li>\n
      • Pet transportation without prior approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Geographic Limitations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Driving outside UAE requires written permission<\/li>\n
        • GCC travel permitted with additional documentation and fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

          5. Insurance and Liability<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Basic insurance included with comprehensive coverage options available<\/li>\n
          • Renter responsible for deductible amounts as per insurance policy<\/li>\n
          • Personal belongings not covered by our insurance<\/li>\n
          • Traffic violations and fines are renter’s responsibility<\/li>\n
          • Damage from prohibited use voids insurance coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

            6. Payment Terms<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Payment due at time of rental<\/li>\n
            • Security deposit blocked on credit card (refundable)<\/li>\n
            • Additional charges for fuel, excess mileage, and damages<\/li>\n
            • Late payment fees: 2% per month on outstanding amounts<\/li>\n
            • Currency: UAE Dirhams (AED)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

              7. Vehicle Condition and Return<\/h3>\n

              • Vehicle must be returned in same condition as received<\/li>\n
              • Full fuel tank required unless prepaid fuel option selected<\/li>\n
              • Cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt or odors<\/li>\n
              • Missing items or accessories will be charged at replacement cost<\/li>\n
              • Return location as specified in rental agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                8. Accidents and Breakdowns<\/h3>\n

                • Do not admit fault or make statements to third parties<\/li>\n
                • Obtain police report for all accidents<\/li>\n
                • 24\/7 roadside assistance available<\/li>\n
                • Unauthorized repairs void warranty coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                  9. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup<\/li>\n
                  • 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup<\/li>\n
                  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup<\/li>\n
                  • No-shows are charged full rental amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                    10. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n

                    EuroDrive UAE is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or public emergencies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

                    11. Governing Law<\/h3>\n

                    This agreement is governed by UAE federal and local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through UAE courts with jurisdiction in Dubai.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
